This recipe makes 7 individual or 2 large pot pies. It is absolutely delicious!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
To make 2 large pies:
Place 2 pie crusts in a 9 inch deep pie pans and bake for 12 minutes until slightly browned. Mix all ingredients together and pour into browned pie crusts. Top with 2nd crust and prick holes into the crust with a fork to vent. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Cool 10-15 minutes and serve.
To make 7 or 8 individual pies:
Cut crust to fit individual pie plates. Follow directions as above.
