Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl combine flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, baking powder and corn flour. In a separate bowl mix oil, egg and water. Mix the dry with the wet ingredients. Put the chicken into the batter. Let mixture sit for about 15 minutes. In the meantime combine sauces, garlic and sesame oil in a bowl. Set aside. Heat oil. Using a fork , pick up chicken pieces (scrape off excess batter), place in hot oil and deep fry until golden. Drain on paper towels. In a large pan heat oil, add onion and capsicum, stir fry for 1 minute. Add garlic stir fry for 30 seconds. Then add chicken, snow peas and green onion. Fry until chicken is warm. Take off heat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
