Suggest a better descriptionMelt chocolate chips and margarine in a pan. Put sugar and melted chocolate mix into a mixing bowl. Mix well. Add eggs and vanilla. Put the flour, baking soda, and salt into the mixture. Add water and mix until smooth and resembles a cake batter. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes or until a toothepick comes out clean.
