Beef mince, noodles and stir fry - quick and easy to prepare.
1. Heat the canola oil in a wok, add the garlic and curry powder - cook for 1 minute.
2. Add the beef mince and cook for 5 minutes or until browned.
3. Add the chow mein vegetable mix and stir fry for 5 minutes (take care not to overcook).
4. Stir in your noodles (if dried cook for 2 minutes) and soy sauce.
5. Serve immediately.
