Preheat oven to 350. Bake Angel Food cake in rectangular baker. Cool upside down. Don't remove cake from baker.
Using metal skewers, poke holes in cake 1 1/2 inches deep and 1/2 inch apart.
Combine jello with hot water. Stir in cold water after dissolved. Slowly pour jello even over cake. Refrigerate 3 hours.
Fost cake with whipped topping. Cut into square and garnish with orange zest, orange and raspberries.
