Blend everything except last line (2cup broken walnut) until smooth.
line two 5x5 square dishes with parchment paper. pour into dishes, top with reserved walnut pieces. Push these into the fudge ... I used a metal frosting spatula to even over the top of the dish and push the walnut pieces into the chocolate.
Freeze for an hour or more.
Chop into 1" squares. Tastes amazing when chilled or right out of the freezer.
Wrap tightly and keep stored in freezer.
