Suggest a better descriptionMix jelly crystals and sugar in water till dissolved. Set in a bowl, till semi solid. Break with a fork. Mix with all other ingredients, except icecream. Set in either individual rinsed mould or individual serving transparent bowls. Place in refrigerator till set. Chill , top with icecream blobs and serve. Making time: 1/2 hour (except chilling) Makes: 1 full serving bowl Shelflife: Can make several hours ahead
