Suggest a better descriptionGrind cranberries and onion together in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Freeze mixture (freezing is an important step). On the morning of the day it is to be served, move relish to refrigerator to defrost. Stir after defrosting and serve. Im telling you, this stuff is fabulous! try it on sandwiches the day after thanksgiving! Also, it looks pretty so would make a nice gift.
