Suggest a better description1) Preheat oven to 300 degrees Farenheight.
2) Mix eggs, sugar, and vanilla together. Add in flour, baking powder,
baking soda, and salt.
3) Mix in cranberries and pistachios. At this point, the dough will
be very dry.
4) Form dough into 2 long "logs" that are 13" long and 4" wide.
5) Bake on a well greased cookie sheet or even one that has
been sprayed with Pam.
6) Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Cut
in diagonal stripes.
7) Reduce the oven temperature to 275 degrees. Bake 20
minutes more.
