1. Cut steak into 6 serving-size portions; set aside.
2. In a 4-quart slow cooker, combine mushrooms and onion. Add steak.
3. For sauce, in a medium bowl, combine soup, pasta sauce, vodka, beef broth, and Italian seasoning; pour over steak.
4. Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 10 to 12 hours.
5. Serve steak with sauce.
