This recipe tastes similar to the boxes of ready chocolate cake mix. Bon apetit
1. Place the eggs in a bowl and start mixing.
2. Gradually add the sugar to the eggs. This should take around 2 minutes.
3. Add the vanilla liquid (preferably) to the mixture in the bowl that is puffy and light in colour now after mixing.
4. Add the oil to give the cake a smooth texture.
5. Add the milk then flour. Sift the flour for better results.
6. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees.
7. Add the cocoa powder. The cocoa powder has to be of good quality to darken the mixture.
8. Add the coffee powder. It could be Brazilian or Turkish but not to be replaced with Nescafè. Otherwise discard.
9. Finally add the salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Don't over mix.
The cake in this recipe depends on the type and quality of the cocoa powder used.
