Easy to make with simple ingredients... great for college kids!!
Combine instant rice, ramen noodles (with seasoning packet), and sazon packet into a large tupperware bowl. Add boiling hot water, cover, and let sit for approximately 5 minutes, stirring once with a fork midway through.
Cook chili in small sauce pot and cook meat (sausage, chicken, hamburger, etc.). Sometimes what I'll do is sprinkle fruit punch or cherry flavored Kool-Aid over the sausage and microwave it for about 3-4 minutes... The Kool-Aid forms almost like a candy shell around the meat.
Add chili and meat on top of rice/ramen mix. Heat up salsa con queso and drizzle over the top. Add nacho chips or corn chips (Fritoes) on top of that.
