Serve these bisquit sandwiches a day or two after you have made an inmpressive Ham Dinner. Good use of left-overs after Christmas, Easter, or when ever your serving a crowd!
Cut each bisquit in half. Spread mayo on 1/2 and mustard on the other 1/2.
Top with ham and cheese. Microwave until bisquits are warm and cheese is melted gooey!

These are a great alternative to plain ole sandwiches! When you have company or are serving a crowd; add tomato soup and serve!! Kicks the whole soup and sandwich thing up a notch with minimal effort!!
I like to serve these post Christmas or Easter (using L/O ham) for lunch. Excellent with tomato (or any other kind of) soup!
