On lightly floured surface, roll out one piece of pizza dough, size of 8-10 in pizza pan
Place in pan and brush with olive oil
Pour on 1/2 sauce
Top with sausage
Pour on remaining sauce and cheese
Roll out second crust to fit across pan
Brush with olive oil
Lay on top of pizza and pinch edges
Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes until dough is done
