I used Piemonte Thin Fresh Baked Pizza Crust for this recipe found at Ingles Supermarkets.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees for the pizza crust.
Spread the pizza sauce over the crust, sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Sprinkle with sausage and peppers and top with remaining cheese.
Bake pizza crust at 450 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink and cheese is melted.
Additional toppings such as onions and mushrooms may also be added and Pepper Jack Cheese in place of Mozzarella.
