A Scrumptous carrot cake with a cream cheese frosting that will be a big hit at any party.
Mix sugar, oil, eggs, and beat well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture and fold in carrots, nuts and pineapple. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan 350 dgrees for 50-60 minutes.
Frosting:
Have butter and cream cheese at room temperature. Add sifted sugar to a mixing bowl, stir in cream chees butter and everything else. Add vanilla when smooth and mix thoroughly.
