Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 425 degrees. In bowl, combine mustard, garlic, herbs and oil until blended. Season roast with salt and pepper. Place roast in roasting pan, rub mustard mixture on all sides. Roast 20 min. Reduce oven to 325 degrees. Add broth to pan. Continue to roast 1 hour 45 min. or until done. Let rest 10 min. before slicing. SERVE & ENJOY...
