Suggest a better descriptionBrown hamburger and drain. Add to large pan. Add Oil, Chopped Onions, Chopped Garlic, Chopped Celery, Chopped Green Pepper.
Mix above well add Diced Tomatoes, mix again
Salt to taste, Cayenne pepper to taste, Chili powder to taste and mix well again.
Cook until onions are tender.
Add Mushrooms and Kidney beans,(chili beans if desired)
Simmer app. 1 hour
Serve with crackers, grated cheese or what you like.
