This is a quick one. 15 minutes of prep and only 30 minutes of cook time. Great for those meat and potato lovers all in one dish!
In an electric skillet melt butter and add the package of hashbrowns. While hashbrowns are cooking, brown the hamburger, bacon, and onion in a separate skillet and drain. Pour the hamburger and onion over the top of the hashbrowns. Mix the eggs and the milk together and pour over all. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes or until hashbrowns are tender. Melt the American cheese over the top and serve.
