Suggest a better descriptionLay open rolls on boiler pan. Melt margarine. Press garlic through press into melted marg. and spread on rolls. Place rolls under broiler until toasted brown. Not very long!! Keep warm. Drain 1 doz. oysters /sandwich well. Season cornmeal with salt and pepper and drop oysters into mix. to coat throughly. Fry in a couple inches hot oil until well browned.- Drain on paper towels for a few min. Assemble sandwiches and serve with salad on the side.
