A variation of baked ham loaf, easy to make and serve. Served over rice. Could be adapted for the crockpot.
Combine ground ham loaf, bread crumbs,eggs and milk, mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes.
Combine crushed pineapples, cornstarch, brown sugar, and dry mustard in small sauce pan, cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Pour over ham balls Bake 20 minutes longer. Serve over rice.
