Pretty easy and a lot of flavor.
Blend 1st 5 ingredients, cover and place in fridge for an hour or longer. Reserve 1/2 cup.
Grill chops, brushing with mayo blend. Turn once halfway through: about 15 minutes total cooking
time. Do not overcook or pork will be tough. It should be only a hint of pink inside and still moist.
Remove from grill and let rest covered for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve with reserved sauce on the side.
