Original recipe from Betty Crocker: http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/grilled-salmon-with-honey-soy-marinade/001ba701-3077-4d70-815b-942bc0f047f3
Sweet glaze marinade on salmon, then grilled
"This was really good. I doubled the sauce because I had a huge piece of salmon. I cooked on the stove top and and put under the broiler to brown. I also did not marinate at all. I cooked the salmon in the sauce and it came out perfect. This recipe is a keeper."
In a small bowl mix the butter, olive oil and honey, mix in soy sauce and sugar.
Place the Salmon in a shallow dish, marinade and cover. Place in the refridge for at least 30 minutes, but not longer than an hour.
Remove from the marinade and place on a sheet on the grill. Coat the salmon with the remaining marinade grilling both sides till Slamon is done.
herbgrower 3w agoI've made this twice and really like it. Easy and always have ingredients on hand. I used Salmon steaks and grilled them on stove with grill pan.
Thesuperstar 1m agoI doubled the recipe because we had 4 pieces of fish and my family LOVED this. I also used muscavado sugar. :)

katk2 1y agoI have tried it last night. Amazing! Cooked in so short time. Must say that next day it tasted even better. Had it on spinach with red rice. My favorite salmon so far.
