In a small bowl mix the butter, olive oil and honey, mix in soy sauce and sugar.
Place the Salmon in a shallow dish, marinade and cover. Place in the refridge for at least 30 minutes, but not longer than an hour.
Remove from the marinade and place on a sheet on the grill. Coat the salmon with the remaining marinade grilling both sides till Slamon is done.

katk2 6 months agoI have tried it last night. Amazing! Cooked in so short time. Must say that next day it tasted even better. Had it on spinach with red rice. My favorite salmon so far.

FishGehls 1 year agoI LOVE SALMON, but this definitely wasn't my favorite. It was good just not amazing. My mother really enjoyed it, however!
