simple, quick and delicious
Wash well and cut zucchini in slices (about 1 inch tick). Sprinkle olive oil and salt and pepper. In a hot grill skillet, sprinkle some olive oil and fry zuchhini about 3 minutes each side (until you have the marks). Be carefull to not burn it.
Zucchini suppose to be a little bit crunchy. Such an amazing flavour!
