Suggest a better descriptionCut chicken into bite size chunks. Toss wity flour salt and pepper mix. Drain pineapple but SAVE THE JUICE. Heat oil and saute chicken for 5 minutes or until done. Add pineapple. Let cool a few minutes. Combine pineapple joice, soy sauce and cornstarch and vinegar. Add to chicken and heat. Adjust taste, by adding more sugar or more vinegar. Stir until thick.
