Try this Hot Quinoa Breakfast Cereal recipe, or contribute your own.
Rinse quinoa and add to water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes. Add apples, raisins and cinnamon; simmer until water is absorbed. Trish291 4y agoIt's good. You do have to "doctor" it according to personal preference since quinoa, like many grains, is flavorless.
Lilmistol 4y agoIt's just ok. I found it needed something as it was quite bland besides the cinnamon.

Bludaisy 4y agoYum! Quinoa for breakfast is so good. Previous reviewer is just confused about how to cook the quinoa but rates the recipe one star. Sad because this is really good. Add Any fruit and my one year old will eat it all!
Saintly 4y agoDoes one begin to heat the water before adding the Q or does it get added to the water, then put on the stove?
