Very versatiale sauce can be used with many pasta dishes.


Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil
1 clove Garlic; pressed
1 pound Round steak; ground
1/4 pound Pork; ground lean, or italian sausage
2 cups Italian tomatoes
2 cups Italian tomato paste
1/2 cup Beef stock
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 Bay leaf
1/2 cup Mushroom; sliced
1 tablespoon Fresh basil; or oregano
Spaghetti; or other pasta cooked
Parmesan cheese; grated

Original recipe makes 1 Serving

Preparation

Heat olive oil and add garlic; add next 8 ingredients and simmer uncovered about 1 hour. Add mushrooms the last 15 minutes and season with basil or oregano. Serve over cooked pasta with grated cheese.
