Line pan with parchment paper to keep from browning (if you don't have parchment, use wax paper with it) flour and 6 tablespoons of sugar and mix. Cream butter and almond/vanilla extract until smooth. Slowly add flour, sugar mixture until fully combine (add nuts). Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place 1 inch apart. Bake for 12 minutes. After cooked, roll cookies into powdered sugar. I roll them in the sugar several times so they have a really nice thick coating or sugar. Extra sweet and yummy.
