This is my first to post. I don't recall where I got the recipe, but it has been a favorite of our family.
In large skillet, combine all ingredients except cabbage; mix well.
Arrange cabbage wedges on top.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Spoon sauce from skillet over cabbage wedges before serving.
May be cooked in slow-cooker.
