1 1/4 cup brown rice flour
1 1/4 cup white rice flour
1 cup tapioca flour
1 cup sweet rice flour (mochiko)
2 tsp xanthan gum

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



mix together and store in fridge

(I leave the xanthan gum out and add it depending on recipe. Or, you can add 1/4 tsp. xanthan gum per cup of gluten-free flour.)
