2. In large skillet heat 2 Tbs of Oil. Add garlic and cook until it starts to crackle. Add Eggs gently mix with a whisk. Cook and then set aside in a large bowl
3. In same large skillet heat 2 Tbs of Oil. Add sliced Chicken and cook on medium heat. When chicken is almost cooked through add Sugar Snap Pea Stir Fry Veggies. When everything is cook Set aside in large bowl (Separate from Eggs)
4. In Same Large Skillet heat 2 Tbs of Oil. Pan fry Rice Noodles until they crisp slightly. Add Chicken and Veggies and mix into noodles. Add Panda Express Mandarin Sauce. Last add eggs and fold in gently. (Add sauce as needed.)
