Quick recipe for really good lasagna.
Brown the ground beef. Combine the ground beef, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, and spaghetti sauce. Put a little of the mixture in the bottom of the casserole dish so the noodles won't stick. Layer the noodles, sauce, mozzarella cheese, noodles, sauce, mozzarella cheese until filled. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees covered with foil for 1 hour. Remove and let stand uncovered for 10 minutes.
