2. For Marinade, mix vinegar, brown sugar, soy, garlic, ginger, onion powder.
3. Add chicken and put in fridge for 20 min minimum. Not more than 24 hours.
4. Put chicken in baking dish, cover with marinade.
5. Cook for 20 minutes
