Suggest a better descriptionCook onion, butter beans and celery for 30 minutes. Prepare turtle meat by searing cubed meat in 1 stick butter and 1 tablespoon oil. Add potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, parsley and turtle meat to onion, butter beans and celery mixture. Cook all ingredients until potatoes and carrots are tender.
