Try this Mennonite Paska (Easter Bread) - Breadmaker version recipe, or contribute your own.
Suggest a better description1. Mix together milk, egg, vanilla, and lemon extract, pour in bottom of bread maker.
2. Add other ingredients on top. Use sweet bread setting or dough cycle if baking in oven.
3. If baking in oven, take dough out and put into muffins tins, pyrex or bundt pan. Let rise until double (1 hour?). Bake @ 325F for 15-20 minutes for muffins, 20-30 minutes for loaf pan.
4. Top with icing(*) and if you want your paska to be authentically Russian/Ukranian Mennonite, then you have to put rainbow sprinkles on top.
Note: I don't have a recipe for the icing but I make a typical buttercream-type icing, with butter, milk and icing sugar. I usually add lemon zest as well. Some people make a thick spreadable type icing, and some prefer a more pourable icing, that will drip down the sides. Just personal preference.
