Nice and Spicy Chili
We start this off my heating your favorite Cast Iron Skillet.
Add the Bacon Grease first and coat the bottom of Skillet.
? Add the Beef cubes! While this is browning on HIGH Heat add the course ground black pepper.
? In another cast iron skillet brown the ground beef and add the minced garlic.
After the meat is browned (DO NOT DRAIN) mix it in the Pressure Cooker with
? The water
? The ground red pepper
? Condensed Tomato soup
Mix well over high heat.
Put the lid on and lock down. Once the cooker starts to raise the rocker moving and releasing steam, cook for 15 Minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool till it is safe to remove the lid, do NOT speed up the process by manual cooling, let it cool naturally.
Remove the lid and add
4 cans of Tomatoes do NOT drain.
Continue to cook and let it cool, then refrigerate and have the grease gel on the top to make it easier to remove.
The following day
Remove the grease
? Add the Pinto Beans ( Do NOT drain)
If you feel it needs to thicken the add the Masa Flour but only do it 1 Tablespoon at a time.
Now it the time to serve:
Take a Red Onion and dice it and add it to the individual bowls to taste
Take shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese and also add to the individual bowl to taste!
Gather everyone around the table, say grace and enjoy!
You can substitute the Carne Picad with beef for stew
