Suggest a better descriptionWhisk the garlic, mirin, vinegar, stock and miso together to make a smooth paste. Whisk in olive oil and drops of lemon juice to taste. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Store covered in refrigerator up to 3 days.
