Suggest a better descriptionSautee chicken breasts and mushrooms. Set aside. Stirfry carrots, celery, leek (white part only), red pepper, green pepper and bean sprouts. Add 2 cups chicken broth, garlic, Chinese 5-spice, ginger, salt, pepper, tapioca starch OR Veloutine, soy sauce OR molasses and a speck of brown sugar. Mix all and adjust seasoning to taste. Serve over steamed egg noodles with butter and salt.
I don't have amounts for the veggies as I usually make this when I have leftover veggies in my fridge and I just use up what I have. You can add other veggies if you like too.
