New Years Eve isn't complete without a champagne toast! This year, spruce up your bottle of bubbly with a festive twist. These raspberry ice cubes add color, flavor and flair to a glass of champagne.
1. Place thawed berries in a small colander over a bowl. Using the back of a spoon, press berries to remove seeds until all liquid collects in bowl. Scrape off the bottom of colander, as some of it sticks. Discard seeds.
2. Add the water to the strained liquid in bowl; stir. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
3. Place one ice cube in each flute and fill with champagne.
