Vegetarian orzo stir fry with cashews, squash, broccoli, sugar snap peas and onion.
Cube squash into 1/2 inch pieces.
Dice onion.
Chop broccoli into florets.
Cut tips of sugar snap peas off and discard.
Add 2 quarts of water and 1 tablespoon olive oil to pot and bring to a boil. Add orzo and cook to package directions.
While orzo is cooking heat sunflower oil in wok on high and stir fry vegetables and cashews. Adding five spice, soy sauce, lime, and teriyaki sauce. Stir frequently.
When orzo is done cooking, drain and add remaining olive oil.
Serve stir fry on top of orzo. Enjoy!
