Grease and flour two 9in-round cake pans. Cream sugar and butter, then beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Combine flour and baking powder, then add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in milk until smooth. Pour into pans. Bake about 30 minutes.
Filling
Beat butter, peanut butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Add powdered sugar a little at a time until incorporated. Add vanilla mixed with milk and mix until combined.
Whipped Cream
Beat whipping cream until it begins to thicken. Add honey and vanilla, then continue to beat until the cream is thick.
Sprinkle with peanuts and serve.
