Suggest a better descriptionCream butter, sugar, peanut butter, vanilla. Beat in egg. In a separate bowl, stir all dry ingredients together. Gradually stir dry ingredients into wet. Roll into 1 Tbsp balls. Roll in sugar. Place on pan, and flatten lightly with a fork twice to make a crisscross pattern. Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes until just barely browned.
