Large bowl, use electric mixer to mix everything. Low speed till blended, then medium speed till blended.
Preheat to 375. Form 1 1/2 inch balls of dough. Flatten slightly on cookie sheets. Dip fork in sugar, press grid on top of each cookie.
Bake 15 min or till lightly browned.
