Melt butter in skillet and add brown sugar. Place pineapple slices and cherries in skillet. Separate 3 eggs, beat whites and set aside. Place 3 yolks in bowl and add sugar and 5T pineapple juice 9add a little at a tiime), beat well. Add flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, beat on low and fold in whites. BAke at 350 approximately 30 minutes. Set 5 minutes before removing.
