1.Mix water, yeast, and sugar into a mixing bowl. Let sit until yeast begins to foam(about 5 min).
2. Add the olive oil and whole wheat flour. Using a dough hook, stir unitl mixed on low speed.
3. Add 1 cup of the all Purpose flour and mix on low speed.
4. Continue adding all purpose lour until the dough does not stick to the bottom of the mixing bowl. It should be in a ball around the dough hook.
5. Cover the mixing bowl with a dish towel and the dough rise about 15-30 minutes. Preheat oven to 425.
6.Sprinkle corn meal on a pizza stone. Spread the dough out on the stone.
7. Put sauce cheese and toppings on the pizza.
8. Bake for 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
