This cake is good with or without the glaze.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix ingredients and beat 4 minutes. Pour into a Greased and floured tube pan. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Cool at least 10 minutes. Mix ingredients for glaze with enough warm water needed, until smooth.
Pierce cake and pour on glaze.
Glaze (Also found as "Poppy Seed Glaze"):
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons margarine; softened
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons lukewarm water
