Suggest a better descriptionPre-heat oven to 300-F degrees. Warm canola oil in a 4-quart oven-proof stock pot or Dutch Oven over medium-high heat setting. While oil is warming, combine about a half-cup of flour with the seasonings and dredge the cubed pork in the mixture. Brown the pork well in the warm oil. When the pork is browned to your satisfaction, add onion and saute until softened, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add chicken broth. Cover pot; bake about 40 minutes, then add the green beans and potatoes and bake for another hour or more, until everything is nice and tender.
