Quick & tasty pork chops.
Pre-heat oven to 350. Marinate pork chops in milk for 30 minutes. Combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to taste. Dip milk covered pork into mixture until covered on each side. Heat vegetable oil (completely covering bottom) in skillet on med-med high & add pepper. Brown each side thoroughly adding additional salt,pepper, and garlic powder to taste to top of pork. Place in baking pan and cook for approximately 20 minutes.
