Easy and versatile. A party pleaser. Great for a fall bake sale. If you don't feel like adding chocolate glaze, you can just add chocolate chips instead. Also yummy frosted with a cream cheese frosting or glaze.
CAKE:
Mix all ingredients on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape sides and mix on medium 2 more minutes.
Bake at 350 in a greased bundt pan*, 45 min.
Cool completely
CHOCOLATE GLAZE:
Combine butter with powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
Add vanilla. Add milk gradually until smooth.
Drizzle over cake, so drips down sides.
*For a 13X9 pan, bake 32-25 min. For muffins, bake 20-30 min)
