I needed a quick side dish to go with some leftover Chinese takeout. Came up with this on the fly and it was a big hit
Heat skillet over medium high heat. Place butter in skillet, once butter melts add mushrooms and toss to coat. Add broccoli and soy sauce. Stir to coat then add sesame oil and stir again. Once skillet is hot, cover, turn heat down to simmer and cook for 8 mins. Stir again and serve.
I use pre-sliced fresh white mushrooms and a package of frozen broccoli to make this a quick and easy side dish
